Baby Naming …

“A baby will make love stronger …

…days shorter, nights longer, bankroll smaller, home happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for.”

It is taking some time for us to take the leap from the traditional Christening to the newer form of ceremony called Baby Naming or Naming Day.
For this reason many parents, who are not church goers are not having a ceremony for their child and he or she is named without celebration.

There is no reason to be uncomfortable about gathering family and close friends together, at your home, and having a personalised ceremony that heralds the birth of your child or a milestone in his or her life.
It can be as inclusive as you wish and grandparents love to be asked to read a verse or two from a lovely poem.
